Here at SafetyLiftinGear, we stock a brilliant range of controlled descent devices suited to different jobs. To help you choose the right gear for you, we’ve compiled this list of some of our best-selling controlled descent devices.
What is a controlled descent device?
A controlled descent device will enable an injured person to be automatically lowered to safety at a controlled speed.
These devices are required in work environments where a third-party rescue is not possible. They’re ideal for suspended work positions, emergency self-evacuation at height such as cranes or buckets and rescue situations.
What’s great about this equipment is that workers can wear them comfortably without any resistance from the device.
